1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentQubi (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgentQubi is a multi-model AI chat platform that provides access to various AI language models through a credit-based system. The Service allows users to send messages to AI models and receive responses.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits and Payment

4.1 Credit System

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you send messages to AI models. Different models may have different credit costs per message.

4.2 Purchasing Credits

Credits can be added to your account through coupon codes. The standard rate is 5 credits per $1 USD, unless otherwise specified by promotional offers.

4.3 No Refunds

Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely unless the account is terminated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes. In particular, the following are strictly prohibited:

• NSFW and sexually explicit content: Generation of pornographic, sexually explicit, erotic, or Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content of any kind is strictly forbidden. This includes sexually explicit text, stories, dialogue, descriptions, and any attempts to circumvent content filters.
• Content that promotes violence, self-harm, harassment, or discrimination
• Illegal activities, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Content that exploits minors or vulnerable populations
• Malware, cyberattacks, or malicious code generation

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of remaining credits. Please refer to our Acceptable Use Policy for complete guidelines.

6. AI-Generated Content

Responses generated by AI models are provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for evaluating and using AI-generated content appropriately.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service utilizes third-party AI model providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these providers. Your use of AI models is also subject to the respective provider's terms of service.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you input into the Service. AI-generated responses may be subject to the intellectual property terms of the respective model providers. The AgentQubi platform, branding, and design are our intellectual property.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or individual models at any time without notice. Model availability and pricing may change at the administrator's discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentQubi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and any unused credits may be forfeited.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
